Returns & Refunds

Each piece is created or carefully selected with great attention and intention.

Because of the unique nature of the artworks, returns are generally not accepted.

However, I always believe in open and honest communication.

If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out - in exceptional cases, we can look for a suitable solution together.

Return Requests

If you wish to request a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Returns may be considered only if:

  • the item is in original, unused condition
  • it is carefully repackaged for safe return
  • and the situation has been discussed and agreed upon in advance

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Print-on-Demand Items

Prints and other made-to-order items are produced specifically for you.

For this reason, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

If the packaging shows visible damage (such as dents, tears, or pressure marks), document this before opening

Take clear photos of:

  • the packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged artwork

Please send these images via email as soon as possible.

Based on the situation, we will work together to find a fair solution, which may include a full or partial refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds

If a return or refund is agreed upon, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Print-on-demand items (unless damaged or defective)
